Context: We need to performance test our sync engine which pulls humanity shifts. As part of this we require setup/cleanup.

We were running payroll last week and missed some employees that were deactivated. We are using the Custom Reports endpoint and only active employees are being shown when we put in the date range. In the Humanity Dashboard, we have the option under Employee to select 'ALL' at the bottom of the list which gives us Active and Deactivated employees. Is there a way to make this same call via the API?

What does mode specify in GET shifts API?. Is there a documentation around it that says what each values for mode parameter means.?

I was surprised to learn that Humanity allows (and seemingly expects) us to post the username and password to login from our app. I thought they would want the user to type credentials on their domain, and push back the tokens to us. Did I just miss something? It's fine - we can provide the login functionality I was just surprised there was not the standard second window method.

Can I link up our Property Management System to Humanity so that it tracks our hotel daily occupancy for forecasting? We use a PMS called NightsBridge.

Hi There - can you integrate with Oracle NetSuite? I have a prospect who is interested in integrating the 2 systems together.

Using PUT Employee and saw removeschedule, however we are not utilizing schedules. Is there a way to remove a user from any/all assigned shifts when they are disabled/deactivated through the API?

Is there a way to use the API to track sub-shift time blocks? I believe tasks are the way to handle this, but I did not see an API reference to tasks.
