API with Zendesk
Hello! I would like to understand how an API connection with Zendesk would work. Do you know what information it would provide via Humanity?

Go Ride A Wave is Australia's biggest Learn to Surf school with several locations in Victoria and Queensland. We use "Fareharbor'' as our bookings program and would like to utilise Humanity if we can make a link with fareharbor to drag the bookings into Humanity to make a shift, ready to allocate staff. Do you think this would be possible.

How to get Shifts of a particular employee?
I am using https://www.humanity.com/api/v2/shifts?access_token= end point to get shift. It is returning shifts of all the employees of my organisation which I further have to filter in house to get results of required employee. As the data returned in enormous it takes significant amount of time in the request.

Post shift in different timezones
Here's what I'm trying to do:
We have users in different regions who need to create their own shifts via a survey we've setup. Ideally, they'd be able to submit the start/end times in their own timezone and we'd be able to create the shifts that match in their timezone. Currently, those in other regions are having to convert their time to the timezone of the API user it would seem? I've tried setting the location parameter thinking it would go off of the default timezone for that location, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I was wondering how I could take the raw reported times from the users and make the call that creates the shifts in their time, without having to do any timezone conversions.

It looks like you used swagger to generate your API, do you expose the file so that I can generate a client for the API?
How do I connect my Humanity data to Excel?
I want to connect my data (preferably the Crib Sheet, but if not then just a basic view of the schedule) to excel. I already have an API key set up. How do I utilize the API to connect to excel?
Timezone setting from API
Under Settings, Account I can see the timezone setting. How do I get the same from the API? From the settings endpoint I see a timezone and timezone id of 132. Is there a way to look up what 132 means?
