Sporadic 403 errors with Humanity API

Hi,

I have been using the Humanity API for quite a few months to generate different reports. For the last few days, an error with 403 response code is appearing at different time intervals something like 16 out of 100 requests in last 12 hours. The details of the error given below at the bottom.
It has variable frequency of appearance sometimes within 2 minutes and sometimes after 1 hour or more.

What may be the cause? server downtime? or something else? At least I am sure that it is not due to rate limit as I am sending around 8 requests per hour.
