Hello!
We are currently creating and assigning shifts to employees based on their availability and would like to transition to a process in which the employee can pull from available shifts.

We have some criteria that we need to achieve and we are unsure of how to best configure:
-We need to segment employees between full and part time, requiring full time employees to select a certain number of shifts each week
-We need to allow access to employees to select shifts based on varied criteria (seniority, quality score etc) so that one group selects first, and so forth
