SQL database and APl

Hi, I talk to one of you coIleague who sent me here. I would like to know what programmer i can use to synchronize my point of sale ( using SQL database) and Humanity ( APl)? Or do i have to use SQAPL software ?
i'm not a client yet i just want to know if it possible to do that bacause i really want to use this plateform.
