Hi,

I am trying to find out empty shifts via API endpoint:
https://platform.humanity.com/reference#get-shifts

where it shows mode parameter options.

The closest I have found is the "incomplete" parameter but it does not match with the number of empty shifts shown on Humanity ShiftPlanning page:

Can anyone please guide.
