Getting Timesheets for ALL instead of All employees

Hey Team, I am able to query for timesheets data under

however I need to pull data for deactivated employees as well, is this possible..?

It seems when I leave the employee paramater blank it gives me 'All Employees' but I need ALL which include de-activated
