Hello,

We have been using the Humanity API to get semi-regular updates about online employees (calling the online-now endpoint approximately once per minute per group account). However, some of my associates have expressed concerns that due to the size of our company, this is negatively affecting the experience for the rest of our Humanity employees due to the server costs of these API calls.

Would you mind sharing your thoughts regarding this, mainly in regards to whether such use is causing issues for either the Humanity server and/or our end users (employees)?
