I'm attempting to use schedule.shifts with mode:open to get a list of all upcoming, open shifts.

However, when I do this is only shows the open shifts available to the user I authenticated as.

Is there a way to get all open shifts for a location or a specific employee? Changing the location or employees field didn't appear to affect the results.

Additionally, were I to get the open shifts for a specific employee, how do I distinguish those shifts which overlap with the employees existing shifts. The only difference I noted was that those shifts which overlapped had status:10 and those which did not had status:8 - though I couldn't find any way to confirm this was the real purpose of that field.
