Compatible with Zendesk?

Is the API compatible with Zendesk and are they any special limitations or formatting required on the Zendesk side? We have had our share of trial and error working with Zendesk and I'd like to avoid going down another rabbit hole. Thank you for your help.

Login via pop up window hosted by humanity?

I was surprised to learn that Humanity allows (and seemingly expects) us to post the username and password to login from our app. I thought they would want the user to type credentials on their domain, and push back the tokens to us. Did I just miss something? It's fine - we can provide the login functionality I was just surprised there was not the standard second window method.

Where do I find my client id and secret?

All I have is something my product owner gave me and called a "key". I don't know how to find the client id and client secret.

Issue with schedule.shift "filter_by_skill"

There doesn't seem to be a way to make the skill filter persistent either through the API or by interacting with the ShiftPlanning page. What I need is to be able to set a persistent filter to ensure that employees with the appropriate skill are able to select their own shift through the "Open Shifts" feature.

Issue with the staff.login module

Can not call the dashboard.onnow function

For some reason, I can not call the dashboard.onnow method. I am trying to use this automatically send out a message when someone is more than 30 minutes late. I see a variety of other methods including getshifts, getMessages, creatShifts, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Help w/ api V2 authentication

Is there a problem with api login, 2017-09-28?

I've been connecting to the api all morning with the humanity sdk for php, but about 2 hours ago I started getting a message that the login failed. This is happening in dev and in production. The code in production hasn't been changed for at least 4 months.
