I have been using shift planner for two and a half years. Now I can not log on to it. Do you have any suggestions.

What is pushed between workflowmax and humanity

How can I pull the time zone info from API v2? I'm having issues pulling with API v1 using api.config (i.e. returning an html string with no json of data).

Bulk adding and deleting position assignment tags

I noticed that under PUT employee there is removeschedule and addschedule. However this seems to be restricted to 1 position ID only. Is there a way to bulk add and bulk delete? Thanks!

We are trying to integrate Employee's time and attendance to Paychex. Paychex needs old Employee's time and attendance file to test run with their payroll system. How can this be achieved?

Payroll report that includes deactivated employees

I am calling the payroll report method for a specific time period and am trying to include employees that have since been deactivated in Humanity. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks
